North Bend Family Photography Session at Meadowbrook Farm

There is just something so wholesome about capturing a family photoshoot. Seeing kids interact with their parents and capturing those precious and sincere moments of love warms my heart and is an absolute joy to do! I had the pleasure of capturing a Meadowbrook Farm Family Photoshoot at sunrise and the pictures turned out absolutely magical.

It was a family of 4 and their fur baby who was very well behaved and quite a happy doggo. Jessica and Scott have 2 kids; Finlay and Isla. It was obvious Finlay loved his little sister and it was so sweet to see how he interacted with her and how she responded to him.

They chose Meadowbrook Farm in North bend, Washington because of the stunning Mt. Si in the background. The parents wanted to do the photoshoot at sunrise because Jessica felt the kids did better in the morning since they are still quite young. While getting up at 4:30 to get ready for a sunrise shoot isn't all rainbows and butterflies, the lighting sure was. It was soft and flattering which obviously resulted in stunning pictures! I might have to do sunrise sessions more often!

We all reached the destination before the sun came up but when we got there, there was a herd of elk grazing in the field, so decided to go to the back side but couldn’t see Mt. Si very well in the background. When we came back around to the original location, the elk had moved enough for us to have some space to capture the pictures. Yay!

There was a beautiful fog along the ground and that extra touch set the scene up perfectly. The sun started to come up and we were able to capture all those special moments with a stunning background. The North Bend Family photography session was one of my absolute favorites! The kids were awesome and easy to work with. In fact, the whole family was super easy going, making my work easy and so enjoyable. :)
